All meat is sold by the pound, but is priced on the website by the package. Each package of beef patties comes with three patties per package and is on average a 1.0lbs per package.
PICK UP/DELIVERY
Orders placed online can be picked up directly on the farm or we will deliver to the surrounding Adair area for free. At checkout, choose “PICKUP OR LOCAL DELIVERY” under the shipping drop-down menu and we will coordinate a delivery time.
Our beef is processed in a local USDA inspected facility, vacuum packed, and frozen before it is boxed and delivered to your doorstep. Deliveries will be made the week after the order is placed. We will send you a confirmation email with the delivery date to you when your order is ready. You do not need to be home when the package is delivered but it is highly recommended that the package is received by you or a designated person the same day to ensure the meat remains frozen. The meat will be frozen and packed with ice gel packs when delivered to your doorstep.
SHIPPING
Our beef is processed in a local USDA inspected facility, vacuum packed, and frozen before it is boxed and shipped. Shipping is available to the contiguous United States. We ship at the beginning of each week to ensure your package arrives by the end of the week. Shipping generally takes 1-2 days business days.
All shipments are processed through USPS, UPS, or FedEx and require a physical street address. No P.O. Box addresses allowed for delivering purposes. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. You do not need to be home when the package is delivered but it is highly recommended that the package is received by you or a designated person the same day to ensure the meat remains frozen. BC Angus is not responsible for any damage to the items included in the order if a person is not available to accept the shipment the same day.
Your beef will be shipped in a custom Styrofoam shipping box with ice gel packs and dry ice so that all meats will arrive frozen (below 40 degrees Fahrenheit) . Our goal is for your order to arrive frozen but be aware that some thawing could occur due to weather, shipping delays, or small orders that do not fill the box. Beef should be placed in the freezer immediately upon receiving your order.
