How much freezer space do I need?

This high quality beef cannot be found in the grocery store, but if you do find it, you'll have to pay a pretty penny for it. With BC Angus, you won't.
We have some of the best bundles and individual cuts of beef you can ask for!
I am thinking about purchasing a 1/4, 1/2 or Whole Beef. How much meat will I be purchasing? And do I get to pick the cuts I want?
1/4 Beef - 100-125 lbs
1/2 Beef - 225-250 lbs
Whole - 450-500 lbs.
Please note that this is an estimate. The amount of take-home meat depends on the size of the animal.
You will be able to choose your cuts for quarter, half, or whole beef options. We will help you work with the local locker to order the cuts and sizes you would prefer.
Do you sell gift boxes or gift certificates?
Yes - We have gift boxes available, and plan to run holiday specials. We will ship meat to your friends and family as a gift. If you are sending this as a gift please add a comment to your order in the check out area.

Do you have set store hours for shopping?
Short answer - No.
Long Answer - We are willing to serve you when it works for you. Blair farms full time and is often around the farm. Erin also works full time and is often traveling the SW Iowa area. With that we ask that before arriving at our shop you call Blair and arrange a time to stop by.
