BEEF AND NOODLES RECIPE

  • WATER

NOODLE DIRECTIONS:

  1. MIX FLOUR AND SALT IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL, MAKE A SMALL DIP IN THE CENTER OF THE DRY MIXTURE

  2. BEAT EGGS - POUR INTO THEN CENTER OF THE DRY MIXTURE AND GRADUALLY MIX TOGETHER

  3. ROLL DOUGH THIN ON A FLOURED, DRY SURFACE

  4. PLACE CUT NOODLES ON A DRYING RACK OR BACK OF A CHAIR UNTIL PARTIALLY - UNTIL ROLLED WITHOUT CRACKING.

  5. CUT NOODLES INTO DESIRED THICKNESS AND ALLOW TO DRY A LITTLE LONGER

NEXT STEPS:

  1. COOK NOODLES FOR 10 MINS IN BEEF BROTH FROM ROAST

  2. ADD A SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER UNTIL THERE IS NOT ENOUGH LIQUID FOR COOKING NOODLES

  3. ADD SHREDDED BEEF TO NOODLES AND ADD MORE LIQUID - SIMMER UNTIL HOT

  4. BEST SERVED OVER MASHED POTATOES!
