We have some of the best bundles and individual cuts of beef you can ask for!
I am thinking about purchasing a 1/4, 1/2 or Whole Beef. How much meat will I be purchasing? And do I get to pick the cuts I want?
1/4 Beef - 100-125 lbs
1/2 Beef - 225-250 lbs
Whole - 450-500 lbs.
Please note that this is an estimate. The amount of take-home meat depends on the size of the animal.
You will be able to choose your cuts for quarter, half, or whole beef options. We will help you work with the local locker to order the cuts and sizes you would prefer.

Do you sell gift boxes or gift certificates?
Yes - We have gift boxes available, and plan to run holiday specials. We will ship meat to your friends and family as a gift. If you are sending this as a gift please add a comment to your order in the check out area.

Meet Blair, Erin, Maxwell and Mariah Carney, the family behind BC Angus.
Following graduation from Iowa State University in 2008 with an agriculture degree, Blair, returned home to continue the family farming legacy. With his grandfather ready to retire Blair was fortunate enough to take over his portion of the operation.
After settling as a fourth generation farmer, Blair knew he had to expand the operation. In 2009, Blair received the opportunity to expand by purchasing 80 registered Angus cows from a local producer looking to scale back.
Over the past few years Blair and now wife Erin, have taken great strides to improve their Angus herd. Today their herd is comprised of registered Angus females and commercial cows. Along with increasing the number of Angus herd, Blair and Erin have also bred their females to optimize performance that will ultimately maximize your bottom line.
To expand their purebred Angus footprint, Blair and Erin market Purebred Angus Beef locally through the sale of fresh Angus beef. All beef sold is a genetic product of BC Angus.
When not attending to the Angus herd and marketing premium beef, Blair and Erin are busy enjoying life with their children, Maxwell and Mariah, and are also actively involved in the family row crop operation. We encourage and welcome everyone to visit the farm.
